Annika + Jake lived across from each other growing up, and that’s how they met. They’ve been together since high school, but you’d think they’d met just last week. The way these two feel about one another is beyond words, you can see it and feel it whenever you are with them. My favorite part of their wedding day was during the reception. I had been on the dance floor photographing all of their friends + family, but couldn’t find them for a long while. I started to look around and found them alone, in a corner, just sitting and talking to one another.

It was such a sweet season getting to know these two and being so blessed by them; Annika made cookies and gave them to me at their engagement shoot, they sent me a Target gift card for my baby, and then they sent a toy for our dog that they bought on their honeymoon. Two of the kindest, most thoughtful , genuine people i’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
